786wan may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age or payment method. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable time frame may be suspended until verification is completed. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts with pending verification.
One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 786wan account. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same person — whether by device, payment method, IP address or other indicators — all accounts may be suspended and balances held pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 786wan will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you receive a message requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
You must notify 786wan as soon as possible if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until we receive such notification, all activity on your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you.

786wan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account under the following circumstances:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 786wan will notify the member by email within a reasonable period and provide an opportunity to respond. Where an account is closed for cause, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) may be returned to the member's verified payment method following the conclusion of any investigation, at 786wan's discretion.
Members may close their own 786wan account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining real PKR balance will be withdrawn to the member's verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
786wan makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate and functioning correctly at all times. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, 786wan's liability to any member is limited as follows:
Nothing in these Terms limits 786wan's liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
786wan collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We collect information including your name, date of birth, contact details, device information and transaction history for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring and service improvement. We do not sell member data to third parties for marketing purposes.
